The definition of a winner is a person who wakes up in the morning, rolls over, and finding their mate is still sleeping, breathing well and alive, hears the children fighting over the master bath, even though they all have their own private baths, this person (man or woman) looks up and says, "Well, Lord thank you for another day". Being a realtor, who then gets up, has breakfast, drives to work, and says, "I know I am going to list and sell a home today", and on the way passes several properties in serveral counties that have his/her "Sold" sign on them. He or she arrives at the office ahead of schedule for his/her client's appointment to review the documentation thoroughly prepared the previous night that best suits the client's needs. Needless to say, that day will be another successful day.

The definition of a loser is a person who rolls over in bed and smashes the alarm clock which rudely awakened him at the early hour of 10:30 a.m. Then that person curses the table. This disorganized person also a realtor then drives to work and, being late, nearly causes serveral accidents, passes a property which has the "For Sale" sign falling down among two feet of high grass and trash at the front of the vacant house because he/she does not take the time to bother checking on the property. Then he/she arrives at the real estate office late, unprepared, by which time the client that he/she was to meet with has left and brought a house from anthor realtor from anther company, thererby losing not only a commission to him/her but also his/her real estate company. The rest of the day is spent complaining to the other real estate agents on how disloyal the client was and talking about his/her past glories in real estate when it was an easy market an you did not have to work as hard to produce the results that you have to do in today's market.
THAT'S ATTITUDE FOLK'S - YES OF A LOSER
LOSERS FIND A PROBLEM IN EVERY OPPORTUNITY
